New Business Failures

Seizures are fun to watch?

Stir up traffic to a training site by not discussing training for 8+ years. That’s some evil genius, master-level reverse psychology. But yeah, no, I literally couldn’t be that crazy if I tried.

And this aggressive type A person’s request will be voted on by the members.

And how many of these are small or medium-sized businesses that do not have the power or bribe politicians in order to establish cartel-like behavior? Another stupid equation made by a corporate bootlicker.

Is this example typical of private business?

So tell me how pharma, who seeks to limit choices in order to maximize profits, not fucking the public? The difference here is that their inexorable pursuit for profits is prolonging suffering.

Even if the public suffers?

Says who?

Structured and run very differently.

You mean bribe and buy politicians and government regulators. Wow, that’s awesome.

I have, and you?

No, I don’t think you are or maybe you’re that much of a capitalist bootlicker.

So maybe you could lend your superior math knowledge to the authors of the endless studies showing that single-payer isn’t less expensive. Only per capita and as a percentage of GDP.

Yes, of course not as it doesn’t conform to your ideology.

Again, because it doesn’t fit your official narrative.

Yes, other countries do.

And who does? The U.S.? What does the U.S. receive for this?

But do not pay private taxes.

Try again. List of countries by external debt - Wikipedia

Another falsehood. They may have longer wait times, but it is for elective procedures.

But this is okay because no one is putting a gun to their head and forcing them to eat all of that disease-promoting food. Anything to make another buck.

Private, capitalist structure.

And all of the profit of a Co-Op is voted on by it’s members in regards what to do with it. One person one vote. It is not determined by how many shares you own.

So where did the formation of the internet start?

Yes, why not?

Why don’t you go find out yourself by looking up the stats of companies in the US? It should be really easy.

Seriously, zep, I can’t keep spoonfeeding you things that are common knowledge like the definitions of “private” vs “public” sectors and “business models”.

Haven’t had the need to do that for quite a while. People normally lick my boots these days.

Are large pharmaceutucal corporations a typical form of private business? What about illegal activities?

Good God. What is going on in that little head of your’s, zep?

Why are you jumping on every keyword you see with a stock response?

This is the full quote. Does your above reply make any sense?

Seriously, what are you confused about?

The market? The fact that multiple industries exist and the market can be segmented by many different things? The economy? Socialism within an organization vs national socialism? Profit and loss? The fact that if loss exceeds profit, you eventually need to close down a co-op? The fact that every company can have a different business model while still retaining the goal of profit maximization? Competition within a market?

Is this medicine just a few compounds or is it the whole plant?

If you can’t beat’em join’em.

So funny. What an immoral douchebag!

Oh, now you want to play the morality game based on something I wrote in jest? Or are you grasping at straws trying to paint me as a villian when subjects being debated get too complicated for you?

What do you call a person who uses the experience of someone who lived in 3rd world poverty as a child to virtue signal?

I wrote something in jest. You EXPLOITED my experiences for your own agenda.

And he’d get more money for more responsibility.

Says you. You don’t buy from them.

You literally ONLY financially support (the only support that matters) the people that exist to stop co ops from being mainstream. You are the cause for Corp America retaining it’s power

Doubt it.

Does this negate the question?

This is something you need to ask yourself before posting.

Is it not true?

In a Co-Op the members vote on what to do with a profit. This is far different from a typical private structure. Are all Co-Ops successful? No. Are all private businesses successful? No.

Of course you do. You know balls about business.

If you look up the stats of companies in the US, yes.

No.

What does this have to do with earning that profit in the first place? Do you actually understand what we’re talking about here?

What industries are these co-ops in?

Who is saying co-ops can’t be successful?

You really need to stop parroting stock responses and go educate yourself more in-depth in all of this.

This is how you can tell that Zep has never filled out a proxy voting form as a shareholder in a publicly traded company.

Cuz if he did, he’d realize that a lot of what he thinks is exclusive to co-ops or the problem with corporations or what ever gobley-gook floating around in his head is simply false.

He would understand that with ownership rights he could actually have a say in the direction of a company, executive staffing and compensation, etc.

But he doesn’t.

They’re still private businesses. You should probably understand the definitions of the words you use.

No, that’s not what I mean because that would be illegal.

Joke of the year right there.

One of us is a certified management accountant with a bachelor and a masters degree in accounting and 10+ years of experience in finance. The other is a clown.

Reading comprehension issues, again.

Strategic advantage.

I assume you meant private insurance. As I’ve explained in the past, a) employers cover a substantial portion of this b) swapping costs does not make something cheaper, and c) payment via force (taxation) is not more ideal or more ethical.

Motherfucker gives me Wikipedia. God damn you’re a clown.

You literally just confirmed they have longer wait-times. Derp

No one said it’s okay or not okay. If you had the ability to remove your emotions from everything you type you could see this is just a FACT that affects healthcare costs not a judgement call on lifestyle.

This is stupid as fuck.

Wonderful. Good for co-ops.

Dementia it is

Wow, a consistent position. Bravo.

Who fucking cares??

The answer is no, of course.

And profit at all costs at the expense of the public? One member one vote! 2 girls 1 cup!

Look how he reverted to screaming “the public is suffering!” at selected keywords in my posts when he has no clue about the topic being debated.

He never has a clue about the topic being discussed. He’s just an older version of the college know it all that has zero knowledge and zero experience in the real world.
