New Blood Work. Need Help Interpreting

Hello everyone, I posted about 7 months ago or so about a varicocele issue I’ve had over the last one and a half years as well as issues that were pointing out to hypogonadism, i feel very fatigued all the time, i dont even have the energy to throw a single punch anymore. My erections are quite shitty, and im gaining weight as a result of not working out. I had a surgery for it, but after surgery, my testosterone levels were noted to be about 280. This troubled me and after 5 months of traveling abroad and attending a college semester, i finally got some new blood work done. I am 23 years old as well, if that helps in regards to the overall blood work.

I need some help interpetting the values. I was told that my hormonal levels are now “normal” and that my issue is with Iron and some other things. Anyhow here is all of my recent bloodwork:

It appears that the references that had some sort of issue were, Platelets, Mean Corpuscular Volume, Glucose, Urea, Creatinine and Iron. What could be causing this? I eat enough meat, fish, eggs and even vegetables. so im surprised Iron is even an issue here. Do i have something going on internal with either my kidneys? Potential thrombocytopenia? Anemia? It should also be noted that i had not eaten for about 8 hours prior to my blood work that was done first thing in the morning at 8 am.

Also, Are my LH and FSH in normal ranges or is it a tad bit too high within the reference range? I’m asking since i suffered testicular damage while i had the varicoceles (both sides). I was also almost completely infertile prior to the bilateral varicocelectomy procedure because of it, i still need to get that checked out to see if my fertility has been improved.

I await any sort of responses and insights into my bloodwork.

Did your doc tell you how to address the low iron? When my wife’s dips too low she has to take multiple pauses going up a single flight of stairs.

You’re missing Reverse T3 which if elevated could easily explain high TSH, no antibodies tested either. You need to test SHBG. Your erection troubles are thyroid related. Testicles are responding poorly given very good LH, yet testosterone is barely midrange.

If treatment is denied you may need to go private.

Didn’t show blood work to my doc yet. Will show tomorrow. But im having similar issues. I might walk for 10 mins and i feel out of breath and faint.

I read by KSMan on the sticky that SHBG is not that all necessary if Free T and E2 are calculated, but ill take your word for it. I feel that Test is barely midrange as well.

Also what do you think about the Platelets, Urea, MCV, Creatinine, Glucose and Iron?
