I listen to Queen usually. My favorite one for cardio recently has been the theme to the new Hawaii 5-0. Though you need to repeat it 20 or 30 times for a good cardio session.

I have a friend that for about 10 years has only listened to Jock Jams or the soundtrack from Rocky during his workout… to each his own I guess.

For me though… I need punk or hardcore.
