or combine the explosiveness of 1b with the endurance of 3?
The 2A’s tend to really gravitate towards Training variety, so you may enjoy switching gears every 6 weeks or so. I am also a 2A and tend to prefer training for Hypertrophy primarily and strength secondarily. I love Fortitude Training and Mountain Dog Training because you get a lot of variety week to week and training day to training day. Just do programs that get you excited to train and align with your goals!

If 2a can do everything, why is it called 2a and isn’t it a neurotype apart from neurotype 4?
