Need Some Help with TRT

Hi guys, I’m a 38 y.o. guy from EU with secondary hypogonadism. Was prescribed Nebido for TRT (the official schedule is shitty I know but it’s just impossible to convince the docs to split it), and for more than a year I’m trying to do something to feel like a normal man and not like a piece of crap.

Probably I’m a heavy aromatizer or I don’t know what else, but when my T is even slightly above the normal range, my libido disappears, the general mood is below zero, my face bloats, but the worst part are flares of Reiters syndrome (reactive arthritis, that’s an infectious inflammatory disease similar to rheumatoid arthritis). In general it “must” go away after antibiotics, but in some cases it becomes chronic. In my case, it’s almost resolved after antibiotic treatment, BUT every time my T or E is above normal range I get symptoms, like, pain in affected joints etc. These symptoms are not as severe at they were before antibiotics but they don’t allow me to workout and make me sad and depressed in general. When my T/E balance is perfect , something that happens very rarely, usually for several days on the second week after injections, I feel fine and the pain is absent.

Last time I decided to split Nebido without the permission of my doc, injected a half of the dose but again I got the same symptoms. My labs weren’t insane btw, 2,5 weeks after injection my T was only 40 (1153.68 ng/100mL), normal range 7.87 - 33.84.

In general I hate Nebido, not just because of that but also because I have to wait an eternity to adjust the dose, so I decided to switch to UGL staff as it’s f…cking impossible to get short-acting esters officially here where I am, and purchased a vial of Pharmacom enanthate and a vial of Pharmacom propionate just in case enathate doesn’t work for me for some reason.

But the thing I cannot figure out on my own is timing, when to pin considering the long half-life of Nebido, and how to adjust the dose if there’s an amount of undecanoate in my system that will decrease slowly.

Also, I’d really appreciate any help from guys who have inflammation issues similar to mine. An advice about supplements etc. would be incredibly useful 'cause my doc doesn’t know a shit except NSAIDs and methylprednisolone.

Balance My Hormones may be able to offer treatment remotely with shorter esters. If your doctors are not willing to adjust treatment to work more effectively, then get another one.

Anyone looking for the treatment of low-T in the EU is kind of f******.

Thanx, I didn’t know there’re are medical services that provide remote help internationally.
Yeah we’re f***d up here and I’m really jealous of you americans being able to find normal help and different kinds of legal t, even compounded, something we can only dream 'bout.

I’m on a new oral T gel capsule, Jatenzo taken twice daily and it makes dialing in easy. Jatenzo reaches steady states in 7 days! The only factor is the dosage, injection frequency is taken out of the equation. It’s only a matter of time before everyone else has it too.

There are other brands on the market as well.

Is that something similar to Andriol? Sorry if I sound ignorant, never really looked into oral forms of T 'cause I have heard they’re dangerous for the liver, but Andriol (actually illegal generics) is something being sold in the black market

Jatenzo bypasses the liver on the first pass, no liver toxicity in the clinical trials.
