follow up, feeling much better and my mental attitude is much better, feeling better and drive is getting better. have blood work in a week or so, may push it off since I have a big test for work coming up. will post results when I get them.
Okay, so to tag on from the first post.
Had my review after being on .5 ML a week. Been doing 2.5 ml two times a week.
Free Test: 820
TSH: 1.080
Thyroxine (T4): 8.7
Triiodothyronine, Free, Serum: 3.8
Sex Hormone Binding Glob, Serum: 33.0
Doc says everything is normal and we’re moving on. I guess the Thyroid is fine and I’m destine to be a chubby dude…

I would check adrenal saliva cortisol test to rule out peripheral thyroid resistance as well as ferritin, SHBG is ok and you are 820 in the trough which is great. Now I would add in hcg 250 ius day before the shot to keep your own nuts in check. optimal level in the trough is 600-800 before adding HCG. Pleae before to check the estrodial sensitive as well. I would also check your gh urinary out put as well as your leptin levels due to levels of body fat as well
Can we get some ranges, specifically on the free test?
Many factors besides thyroid play into your weight. While low basal temperature is a good indicator of hypothyroidism, also look at your resting heart rate, bowel movement frequency, and blood circulation to your hands/legs.
P.s. Watch out for “deca dick” if you’re going to use gear.

FT=820? I don’t think so. Without E2 data this does not really help very much. Don’t be lazy, post lab ranges.
Ranges (although still subjective since my PCP has a high range of 1000 for FT):
Test: Results: Reference range:
Testosterone, Free and Total 820 ng/dL 280-800
TSH 1.080 uIU/mL 0.450-4.500
Thyroxine (T4) 8.7 ug/dL 4.5-12.00
Triiodothyronine, Free, Serum 3.8 pg/mL 2.0-4.4
Sex Hormone Binding Glob, Serum 33.00 nmo1/L 14.5-48.4
So I’m high for test on this screening, but still within range at my PCP since his is 1000.
I’ll have to see if I can get some of the other test mentioned, but I think I’m happy (ier) now since I’m back in a range my body can function at. My mood is better, my temper is better and my attitude is sailing along. I just have to get back in the gym again after taking a month or so off for studying for a exam for work purposes.
You have test for “Testosterone, Free and Total” but only are reporting one item.
PCP=?
PCP—either Primary Care Professional or the drug
phenylcicline.
It sounds like the OP got his labs done at LabCorp. I wonder if their FT is still pending?
Also, When was the TT taken in regards to your last shot?
JL is right, I got my lab work done at LabCorp.
PCP = primary care physician
I just pulled the paperwork out and copied it word for word. So everyone would know what was on there.
You need to get the right data, your report is incomplete. You have TT=820 and FT is missing in action.
One can caluculate free T by knowing the SHBG.
