Need Sleep Help, How's Z-12?

This is probably off topic, however, maybe someone here can help.

Just moved to the midnight shift last week and I am so tired. I fall asleep quickly, around 9am, then wake up three to four hours later, wide awake. It’s really starting to catch up with me.

I currently take 50 mg of 5htp, 3 mg of melatonin and 1 tylenol pm. My room is blacked out as well.

My training is suffering and worse than that, I’m stuggling to get through my shift.

I would prefer to not take a prescription sleep aid. I read about the sleep aid sold here but it seems expensive. If it works then it would probably be worth it.

Any assistance would be great.

It won’t put you out as well as a tylenol PM, but it’s much better quality sleep. I was taking 2 Z-12 and 2 or 3 ZMA. Best…sleep…ever.

try CALM with magnesium. Good for sleep. Google it.

Thanks for the replies. Wish I could find something tonight with the ingredients of Z-12. This is my fifth day with less than 5 hours sleep. I’m a cop which makes it worse. Thanks again.

Ditch the tylenol PM (if you must then just get diphenhydramine hcl without the acetaminophen) and take some L-Theanine, valerian and magnesium along with your 5-htp and melatonin.

Thanks

I take Z-12 on occasion and love it. just one does the trick for me… and it’s a REALLY deep, refreshing sleep.
whoops, don’t mean to sound like a Biotest ad here…
