Been off for 6 months. Need advice/opinion on a test/tren/dbol stack. 59 years old. 5-8” 165lbs. Goal is 170lbs and lean. typical 5-6 day a week traditional 60 minute stength work out with 20 minutes of cardio after. very clean diet. Thanks in advance
At 59yo tren should not even be in your vocabulary
As far as what you should be using who knows?
You literally give us 0 info about you.
Why not? Im sure he wouldn’t be on it too long… ![]()
The stack might be okay if the doses are low.
Stacking is effective; height of the stack could be dangerous too.
I’ll disagree on this. Even low doses of tren are awful for your cardiovascular system.
We know nothing about this guy accept for his age.
He better have his cardiologist on standby.
Exactly… at 59 he might not be running it that long.![]()
That was me thinking of taking a run at the first year of eligibility for the Over 60 Masters Nationals.
I get it for a competitor but a 60yo gym rat has 0 business touching it IMO.
Are you lean now? If you were taking your current physique and just trying to make it bigger, Test solo would work fine and be the safest option especially if only 5 lbs was your goal. If you were looking to sharpen up too, I would think Test / Anavar to also be a safer option. Tren will work best but is a much harsher drug and you need very little of it to make an impact (100-150mg/wk is very noticeable). The dbol makes little sense for your goals IMO unless you’re going to keep cycling it long term. No to Dbol For a one a done pass especially since it tends do induce BP increase and you’re aged for this game.
Thank you!
Great advice. Thank you!
Appreciate your input. Thanks for taking the time to respond!
Great information. I did not realize that Tren was as harsh as everyone is sharing here. I used Tren 3 years ago and I know for a fact that it lowered my blood sugar. I am a diabetic/pre-diabetic. A1C was 6.5 when im off tren, gets down to 5.7 when on it.
Yes you def need carbs while using it.
It is also extremely hard on the cardiovascular system as it destroys cholesterol. I’ve experience this first hand. I would maybe consider using it for 5-6 weeks pre contest if I decide to get on stage again but aside from that it’s really not worth it. We get older our body/systems don’t bounce back like when we are young. I’m 48yo for reference.
