Need Help Refining My Meal Plan

ok im going to make this quick and short…i dont think i have a decent meal plan, im just trying to eat right and gain lean muscle

meal 1-6 eggs, protein and a fruit
meal 2-4 pb and j sandwiches and fruit
meal 3-4 pb sanwhiches and fruit
meal 4-rice with a hamburger patty with pasta sauce
meal 5-cottage cheese

all this with a multivitamin and fish oil

can anyone help me create a better meal plan, id be willing to spend some money (inclue pre and post workout if possible)

*cant really spend more that 50 a week though

Your calories seem fine, how much protein are you consumed both in total and, more specifically, in meals 2 and 3. The amount of PB added varies from person to person, but it seems that the carb/fat sources are much higher than the protein for these meals. Maybe a small protein source could be added to benefit?

When do you work out? And what is your nutrition like around your workouts?

And if money is a problem, just buy Surge Recovery and some Creatine (If you wish to purchase more supplements), then you’ve pretty much got the basics covered.
