Need Guidance with Prohormones

Hey Im new to this site and looking for some guidance in a few areas of training. One area I am looking for help with is prohormone use.

Some background: I’m 22. 5’11 about 175 lbs. I’ve been training for about 5 years and for the past 3 I have been primarily focusing on powerlifting. My interests are shifting to bodybuilding however due to the strain on my body from lifting heavy all the time. I have achieved what I believe to be good p.r.'s for my size including a 550 deadlift and 315 bench.

I have never tried a prohormone before and i have wanted to try one for some time. I have done alot of research and read the stickies on this site about them but I still am unsure of a few things. Given my background and age would it make sense for me to try a cycle or should I hold off? Any advice in this area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would not use PH’s if I had access to real gear. I tried H drol once and it sucked. Real gear is much better
