Need Advice on Proceeding

Elbow is feeling somewhat better now, will continue running 531 in the following fashion:

Bench: 531 (with Jokers)

Incline Press
Paused Bench FSL
Face Pulls

Squat: 531 (with Jokers)

Front Squat
Leg Curls

Press: 531

Close-Grip Bench
Curls
Face Pulls

Deadlift

Spinal Tap
Curls?

I decided on using Spinal Tap for the deadlift because I feel that my deadlift has the potential to grow extremely quickly, and I wanted a program that allowed for this.

Current training maxes

Bench 295
Squat 405
Press 215
DL 345

BW of 260 right now, I have very high goals for this year, would like to achieve the following by the end of 2021

BW: Low 200’s

Bench: 405
Squat: 545
Press: 295
DL: 585

Losing 50+ pounds while simultaneously adding 500 to your PL total in a year…Yeah, I’d agree with characterizing those goals as “very high.”

True, but my BF % is also quite high righ now, close to 30%.

Also, I have also only recently started lifting again in the past 3 months, after
a lay-off of over 10 years.

I think that it MIGHT be possible to acheive both, but I also understand that the reality is achieving one or the other goals is much more likely.
