Football, I am not one to completely critcize as I have not attempted a five pound cheesesteak before, but from the videos it looks like you tried to pace yourself at the beginning. That is a HUGE mistake. In any eating challenge, the first 15 minutes are the most important.
It takes about 15 minutes for leptin to kick in (at least I’ve read that) so you want to shove as much food in your face for that time period before you slow down! Then you can deal with the nausea/fullness.
I always had Lanky pegged as a guy who was good at getting some dark meat down his throat.
