I have been on 100mg of test twice per week and recently introduced 200-250iu hcg twice a week to try and recoup my boys. Is it necessary to avoid fat and extra calories witth the addition of hcg? I am obviously NOT doing the hcg diet, but the stuff I have seen says hcg is going to make a person extra prone to fat storgage.

Nope. If you eat above TDEE then you’ll store fat. If you eat below it you won’t. Eat at maintenance and you’ll stay the same. Hcg plays almost no role in this at all.
