You’re an asshole, dude. Seriously, every single thing I’ve seen you post is dickish to the core. You and that one buddy of yours. Fuck off, seriously.
Oh Hey buddy !

So, stop me if Im wrong, but I vaguely remember a fat kid with a bad haircut telling me that when he finished his cut he would be more muscular then I am…how’d that turn out for ya ?

Oh, and why the fuck are you doing 60 minute cardio sessions when you weigh 160 lbs ?

I stopped lifting for a couple months because of an injury. So congratulations, you were right and currently have more muscle than me.
And I’m doing 50 minutes of cardio because I’m still cutting.

Artem you should follow up w/ a doctor. Be specific and chronological, be as accurate as you can w/ your descriptions.

guys your age think you are invincible, guys your age die all the time. not trying to be a downer, just kicking it to you as real as i can.

See the big picture, not you at age 22 but where you’ll be at 10-20yrs beyond that.

Puzzling.
Still wondering how you can determine the procedures of fixing a problem without figureing out the cause…please share, it would make life and school so much easier.

creating a history, documentation is a method of creating a road map, if someone has pre-existing condition or develops something later on, the more breadcrumbs so to speak the better. i get that Artem doesn’t want the old Dr. runaround, but if something pops up in the future early exploration can be helpful.

i’m not saying run to the doctor for everything but if folks around me are saying key phrases like “911, ambulance” and i’m collapsing w/ memory lose and have numbness in extremities thereafter, you can be sure as fuck i’m being seen.

Could be ACS - Anti-cholinergic shock I believe…

My little brother one day was a bit dehydrated, had some caffeine, took a hit off a joint, and within 10 minutes he nearly passed out in a coffee shop, his heartrate was 180bpm and was hallucinating…his resting heartrate at the ER for about 4 hours was at 130

He was told that THC can have this effect when you have stimulants in your body…

Well Artem, I’m hypoglycemic myself and it has never cause me to pass out, in my most severe experience I didnt have the strength to walk and just mumbled words to people. In most cases however, it starts by feeling extra warm( or cold) and then my hands will start shaking, I then begin to lose the ability to think cleary and everything just gradually degrades from there.

So with my experience I dont think it was a hypoglycemic state or hypoglycemia, but as said on the first page; there are many symptoms for this and they come in no specific order, so it can be different for anyone.

I’ve also had a panic attack in my past, for me it was caused my a severe emotion (in my case it was anger). I couldnt control my breathing, my hands and arms were tingling uncontrollably and I’ve never had my heart beat faster (probably over or around 200 bpm). I could walk but not completly under my own power and I couldnt speak, I couldnt see straight and a short while later I couldnt stand up and I was just right on that edge of passing out.

In my experience with a panic attack, and the experience of some of my friends; you litterally think you’re going to die. But im not a doctor either hey, so its very possible you had a mild one, in which case I would say the weed and lack of food in your stomach could have started it.

Either way, I hate to tell you buddy but dont smoke weed on an empty stomach, if you’re smoking it so you can eat more then maybe consider having a small snack first so your body has something to run on. Understand what I mean? Thats my best bet of the situation, and I know you’re not going to see a doctor but I still strongly suggest you do.

Keep posting. You’re no Klippy, but you’re good.

Ongoing saga? Dude, I nearly passed out at the grocery store and I’m asking to see if anybody knows what happened. I’m glad I amuse you and all, but seriously?

I do appreciate the few serious replies I have gotten, though.
The concerns about the drugs are serious replies. The folks here are pretty open minded when it comes to things, but guess what? There are long-term effects from illegal drugs.

I agree with the general sentiment this time.
No reason to pick on a little dumb but eager kid like some of these guys seem to enjoy.

To OP

I gave you my views on it cause you were asking for peoples views. In no way was a judging or trying to offend you, which I may have done in some way. This wasn’t my intent.

In my eyes, the body changes slowly right? So 5 months of an almost no carb diet, mixed in with getting blitzed, massive cheat days, stressful exersize… I’m sure the answer is combined in there slowly.

When I used to smoke, weed seriously messed up my sleep. I needed about 14 hours to feel right for the next day, and I never used to get that. I only saw that when I stopped smoking.

Problems might not appear right away, but they will appear if something isn’t right in your body.

Good luck finding the cause.

Ben

this thread blew up faster then artem did on his first bulk.

speaking of which, how’s he still alive?

Like the glee one experiences when a fat man tumbles down a flight of stairs…this thread is pathetic like the OP.

Artem wrote Bill Shatner tone:

I…started…feeling dizzy…a strange man’s finger…entered my ass. All of a sudden…my mind…began to fog as his finger invaded my ass. I remember…vividly…that I had only consumed the same amount of calories…as a starving Somalian. I…also recall…doing a ass busting session of hip thrusts and an entire “Flirty girl Fitness” video (http://www.flirtygirlfit.com/?gclid=CO_A-M31hZ4CFShGagodwg9MqQ).

This man…this powerful…black man would not let me be. I screamed…like a school girl with a new BFF…but his FINGER WOULD NOT STOP!! I awoke the next day…next to a moose head…and a Mexican midget. WHAT HAPPENED TO ME!!!

Have you ever had your blood pressure checked? If not, I think any pharmacy has those gimp machines to test your BP in… You could have low blood pressure and it could have contributed to everything based on your current diet and exercise work load… Walk into a shop like Wal Mart and find out, it’s free and nobody nagging you to pray with them or anything while you’re sitting there…

I’d be leaning towards the hypoclycemia though… You could be borderline as most people are from what I hear… The diet you’re on would directly affect this… This on the other hand, is a blood test over a series of hours where you have to fast, then throughout the day you drink some juice, and they take morer and more blood from you…

If it was me, I’d first get my BP checked, stop the diet you’re on and go to the Pound O Week diet and see if that makes a difference in how you feel… If you experience it again, then I’d go see a doc, but that’s just me, as I too avoid my doctor, for I get a “steroid” lecture every time I go see him for a sinus infection…

You smoked a massive bowl on a pretty empty stomach and then went shopping for food. I am pretty sure you could have figured out why this happened without creating a thread about it. Use common sense. You even stated that the doctors told you not to do drugs, then you go do them, and wonder why you have problems…
I said that’s what they WOULD say. Doctors are good at figuring out how to fix shit after it happens, not determining the cause of something that happened without leaving an obvious trace. I’m saying that a trip would be pointless, so it won’t happen.

And I don’t see how smoking then going shopping would cause me to black (red?) out. Maybe we have different understandings of common sense.
It is the red out that has me confused. Having a Red Out means you had too much blood in the brain. Could have been the passing of a clot or the precursor to a stroke or a partial stroke. You really might want to see a good doctor, and not wait till the ambulance takes you, becuase it could be taking you to the emergency room trying to save your life.

Wow, you’re refusing to see a doctor? You’re a badass.

What kind of injury caused you to lay-off lifting for 5 months? Do you think your body may be having a hard time coming back from it still?

Seems like between all the negative comments you’ve gotten at least some well thought out suggestions and advice.

You’ve had an injury, you’re getting back into lifting, your calories are low, you were hungry, you’re low carbing and you just smoked a bowl. Are you also not getting enough sleep (8 hrs a night)? Sometimes you can only push your body so far…

Hey Artem, I’m sorry I have to be the one to tell you but… You are an idiot.

Your not the first, my friend
Artem wrote:
I was at Dominick’s last night, around 8. At the checkout, I started feeling kind of lightheaded while waiting in line. I tried to breathe more. The guy asked me for my number to apply the Dominick’s card discount.

I got past the area code, then I started feeling really lightheaded and swaying, but I couldn’t tell if it was in my head or not. I tried to pull myself together, but it was obviously apparent. They got me a chair and I fell into it.

All I could see was red and vague outlines of people around me. I could hear voices, but couldn’t really make out what anyone was saying. I asked for some water and they put a bottle of water in my hand and I started drinking it. I could barely feel my body and just felt really numb, couldn’t see anything but outlines and bright red, and couldn’t think straight.

After drinking for a minute or so… I have no idea how long I sat there, but I imagine not long. I started coming to my senses and could hear people saying words like “emergency,” “ambulance,” and “911.” So I got up and got my change, still really confused, but managed to find the door and walked out. I stumbled to my car and just sat there for 10 minutes or so and I was fine by then.

Today, the tips of the middle and index fingers on my right hand are mildly numb, but besides that, I’m fine.

Any ideas what happened?
Thank you,
Sounds rather like a stroke to me…GO TO A DOCTOR, that is not a normal senario. Good luck
