Defy may be more strict, since they do have a deal worked with Empower. Or they own part of it? I forget the exact relationship. Anyway, worst they can say is no

Yeah I’ve read something about that. I think it was the guy started defy ended up working for empower or something like that? I found his LinkedIn profile one time but I don’t remember the exact details any more. I’m not sure anyone knows the full story of their business relationship but obviously there’s something there.
Defy also charges a fee to send a script to a “regular” pharmacy so you have to add in that cost, 25 or 30 bucks I think. I have them send 1 of my scripes to cvs and the others just go to empower. For me they provide good service so I’m okay with the cost.

Just talk to them, I’ve found them pretty agreeable. Fyi, something in the back of my brain seems to remember that they may have stopped sending the scripts for testosterone. I might be thinking of something else, it’s a bit fuzzy.
Wouldn’t surprise me if that’s the case. I’ll give it a try though, can’t hurt.
Oh, I’ve been meaning to post this but keep forgetting. I’ve been slowly losing a few lbs over the last few months, I’m down about 10lbs from my heaviest (ever) in July. I’d like to lose another 5-10lbs and get back to where I normally am, but I am at least going in the right direction.
Another month has gone by apparently.
Not a whole lot new. I’ve lost a few more lbs, and I’m still on 500 IU’s HCG 3x a week & 50 units FSH 3x a week only right now. No T.
I visited a local fertility doc and my sperm counts are finally going up. I’m up around 24 million swimmers now, borderline but getting close to where docs would say a “natural” conception is probable.
The doc def was no fan of TRT. I showed him some of my original labs with free T half the reference range, total T at the bottom of the reference range, e2 single digits… his response was I didn’t need TRT and was being ripped off and was just after performance enhancement. Sorry doc, let your junk be numb for a while and you’ll want some performance enhancement too.
He asked me to get some additional lab work done and the only thing he ordered was total T, e2, LH and FSH.
I’m sure most here have gone through that with a regular doc but that’s the first time for me. I had originally gone straight to a T clinic and avoided my regular doc altogether, so that was fun
He wants me to STOP taking FSH, even though my sperm counts have more than doubled since adding it. He’s claiming stopping T in November is responsible for for the sperm count increase in December and NOT the FSH that was addd. He also tried to tell me that HCG INCREASES FSH, which is absolutely not true. Needless to say, I was not impressed.
Timeline:
April 2020. Add 500 x 3x a week HCG
Sept 2020. Semen analysis, low
October 2020. Add 50 x 3x a week FSH
November 2020. Stopped T completely
December 2020, 24M on semen analysis
Seems more like the FSH started working to me since I had been on it for about 2 months when I got this last analysis done, but what do I know

I recently learned the whole “weeks” thing is kind of bullshit… so it depends on how you count it. Apparently the number of weeks is usually counted from end of previous period I think? Even though conception would be a week or two after that so it’s really off by a week or two. So, it’s 5-6 weeks looking at it the common way, seems like more like 3-4 weeks to me, but what do I know. I was supposed to wait longer to share but oh well, going with it
It’s crazy how many babies are coming… all of her sisters are pregnant (4 of them) + her + you and some others on here + like every D list celebrity I follow

As it gets further along they judge more by the size and growth signatures from the ultrasound but yeah I hear you. We didn’t do ours until 9 weeks in so they said it’s within 1 week.

Gotcha. January 18th is the first visit so will be interesting to see. The whole making babies thing is still crazy to me honestly.
