NBA Finals 2013

Yes the NBA forced westbrook to make a dumbass play to foul chalmers when there was plenty of time which caused OKC to lose that game. and yes the NBA forced Mike miller to hit 7 threes in game 5 to close out the series. I see what you’re saying.

Maybe you forget harden ibaka and basically the entire OKC team didn’t show up to play in the finals.

Harden stopped getting the ridiculous foul calls he was getting all season, stopped going to the line and that killed his confidence.
If the heat lose tonight I will be so excited to see the new predictions.

The guys trying to save face. He’ll do the same if the heat lose a second game.

Heat in 6!!!
lol
My prediction pre series was SA in 5 but a 7 game series would be awesome.

God watching lebron pass the ball is just amazing .

Poor tiago splitter LOL

Splitter might need therapy for that rejection.

Hard game to digest after what we saw in Game 1. Duncan and Parker combined for 22 points, no way the Spurs are winning if those two are going to total a figure like that. I’m surprised the Spurs got blown out in the 4th quarter, but the Heat TEAM came to play and the Spurs couldn’t respond.

He didn’t have full control going up, and I’m not sure he was high enough to dunk it if he was out there alone. You gotta go up with 2 on that. Also, James standing there after the block waiting for adulation instead of getting back reaffirms what a cocksucker he is.

Spurs played horribly, and missed really easy shots they shouldn’t have. Still got 'em winning in 5 or 6.

Not sure I see it that way, MIA simply did what they ABSOLUTELY HAD TO: win a home game

Today was def solid reminder just how deadly MIA can be in transition/forcing turnovers.

Tuesday’s Game 3 should be awfully telling, because I still don’t see much gap between the two teams.

Pretty sure the gap between coaching staffs is still there though (ie. Chalmers going under ‘every’ screen won’t keep working)

Yeah it looked like Splitter was going to throw it in than actually dunk it.

You calling out lebron for celebrating his block is unfair. 95% of players in the league would do the same.

Heh on that replay, I wasnt sure Splitter got up enough either. Sick block still.

Anyway, barring injury this series is def coming back to MIA. (ie. can’t see it going any less than six games, maybe all seven)

You spur fans know nothing about basketball. The heat dominated you guys and lebron james didn’t even play well. Not to mention green was out of control beyond the three point line and you still lost by 15+. Keep thinking that old man duncan and ginobli are going to get their ring, they were both invisible this game.

Watch this and shut up.

I’m no Spurs fan, just a fan of hoop in general.

So when I do post, its about objective facts (ie. coaching staffs) and what I’m objectively seeing out there: namely, two fairly even squads in a series that figures to go the distance.

I don’t think anybody on this board is a Spurs fan. I want them to win, but only because one of the players went to my alumni. If the series went 7 games I would not complain who won.

I’m a long time poster in the NBA threads on here and I’ve been a Spurs fan for 10 years now. Some guys who don’t usually post in the NBA threads posted on the first page of this thread saying they were Spurs fans (dudes from Texas).
