'Natural Mixed Tocopherols (Soy)' in Fish Oil

I use fish oil from Trader Joe’s (along with Flameout) and in the other ingredients list it has ‘natural mixed tocopherols (soy)’. Would this ingredient have any effect on estrogen or should I not worry about it? I’m taking a lot of these in a day so I just want to be on the safe side.

Anyones input would be appreciated.

Thanks

Tocopherols are the things that we call colloquially ‘Vitamin E’.

You’re thinking of polyphenols perhaps?

The soy present in most supplements is really miniscule and wouldn’t be enough to really make an impact… I haven’t seen many supplements without lecithin

I checked on the web and it said something like the mixed tocopherols could be derived from soybean instead of vitamin E. Not sure if it’ll have any affect but I decided to go with a different fish oil from now on.

Thanks for the responses
