Switched to German Volume Training on last Friday. It makes me think I have been undertraining for far too long. Eating is getting cleaned up too. Focusing more on whole foods over protein powders.
Not that I care, but my profile shows I have 0 purchases in my history, but I have placed orders. Oh well, just me bitching.
I’m going to lift during my lunch break today. Legs GVT. What a bitch that will be. Luckily gym is across the street, so I don’t have to walk very far to get back. or climb any stairs. Now that I think about it, if I’m really sore, I can prob walk less than 100 steps a day if I have to tomorrow cause it’s my off day.
Workout felt good, except some numbness on my vastus lateralus. Felt like a slight strain to the insertion of the muscle. No pain tho, just really numb/tingly. Huh (shrugs shoulders).
