Thanks for clarifying Aydn. I’m not sure I’d do my first cycle on holiday though. Just not a good idea. Plus a two month cycle is not long enough if you’re using test cyp or enth. Don’t take it personal. Lose your virginity in Thailand , but not your steroid virginity.

Way too much indeed. Just run my damn cycle. DBol and test work fast to pack on a bunch of mass as fast as possible. Run it for the span of your vacation and inject on the last/2nd to last day. You’ll have to get some nolva for home though. Leave out the clomid altogehter. Take Nolva only as needed during your cycle.

Well Aydn you’ve got test, deca, winny, and dbol. Your thoughts behind that? What synergy are you expecting by such a stack?

Aye, back in the day the deca/dbol stack was the original protocol. I remember that was the first thing I researched. Meat and potatoes cycle. ha, funny.

Yeah nothing wrong with combining the deca per se. It’s just that he only has 2 months and DBol and Test will tend to produce faster results, right?

Legs day went well enough. My confidence was not there. Consistency is the only way to get back in it. I feel like I’m suffering with weights I used to man handle, but it’s okay. I’ll get it back.

As it is Monday, the stench of the weekend’s debauchery is rife in the air. I’m hoping to turn a new leaf this week WRT consistency. Have not been keeping up with my posts, but have had the intentions. Thinking about changing up my routine quite a bit. I’ll post the new routine when i get around to it, but it’s based on a Waterbury hypertrophy protocol. I won’t keep you on the edge of you seat too long as I know you’re dying to see what my new routine looks like (note the use of sarcasm).

I’m planning to get this all in excel, then I can share a link with y’all to a file share site.

Mon: Chest/Triceps
Tue: Back/Hamstring/Calves
Wed: Off
Thur: Back/Shoulders
Fri: Triceps/Calves
Sat: Back/Hamstring/Biceps
Sun: Quads/Calves

Plan on doing this for 4 weeks with 1 week deload. Pics to follow at the end of 5 weeks.

Damn that Waterbury. That workout I did today was hell. Even though it was hard, I felt like something has clicked with feeling it in my muscles. Mostly has to do with learning what exercises work best with my body and working around my hamstring inflexibility. The stretching is helping out tremendously too.

Taking beta alanine, creatine, and Surge b4 and Surge creatine after.

Biotest beta-alanine is in the mail, along with Surge Workout Fuel and leucine. Also ordered 5 lb of vanilla flavor protein that’s 50% casein, 25% CFM Whey, and 25% egg white protein.

BA Surge and Leucine have arrived. I went to use them at the gym last night and I found out my gym closes at 9. Wtf? People have better things to do on a Saturday night then go to the gym? Oh well, the shit is already mixed in my shaker bottles and I’m heading to the gym right now.

Gained a few pounds so far. I’m attributing a lot of it to water weight due to re-introducing creatine, and the beta-alanine tablets. I’ve also increased my carb intake substantially over what I am accustomed to, so I’m sure this brings quite a bit of water weight as well. This girl that I “hang out with” said that my back looks a lot bigger. She’s not even in the loop on this whole project that i am undertaking, so the comment came as a nice surprise. Pull ups and hang cleans baby!

I’m going to Vegas this weekend. I’ll be bringing my workout shorts and money for the buffets.

Hitting the gym right now. Gonna nail my upper back and lats and shoulders. Going to try and hit my triceps and calves as well.
