My TRT Journey

Got my testosterone levels checked some time ago. Diagnosis - Low T which confirmed my low sex drive which I have had for years now.
Tried The Androgel at prescrbed dose. Nothing
Tried the Andriol at prescribed dose 160 mg per day with food. Nothing but great for workout strength
Tried the Test E 200 mg per 2 weeks. Made me worse.
Read quite a bit on medical boards and here about HCG and Arimidex to be used anlong with Test E but doctor is reluctant to add them.
Prescribed some Cialis which I tried and it works but don’t want to use it regularly till my T levels are normal. Don’t believe in mechanical sex.
After a few more weeks when the T is out of me I am gonna try some natural approaches. Any ideas would be welcome.

Get a new doctor - read the stickie on this site. You also may want to post your numbers.

HCG is crutial if you still want to have kids. Adex is almost always needed if on injections. Stay away from oral test products as they can be damaging to your liver. 200 mg test E every 2 weeks will cause the dreaded roller-coaster effect. You need to inject more frequently.

I am not really sure what I can add. You know the recommended treatment plan, yet won’t give it a try, or find a doctor who will work with you.

I don’t know of any ‘natural’ treatments plans that will restore testosterone levels, control estrogen aromatase, and return the quality of life you are seeking.

But I guess I can ask if you have checked the levels for Vitamin D, ferritin/iron capacity, magnesium, DHEA, and Pregnenolone, etc. If those tests come back low, you can treat those with ‘natural’ supplements, but it is kind of like having a broken hand and fixing the pinkie finger and ignoring the rest of the broken bones. Is it better then before? sure, but overall not all that great overall. but who knows, maybe fixing those will in turn fix all of your other symptoms.

I wish you the best of luck.

Thanks for the that I guess.

Follow some of the recommendations in the “protocol for injections” sticky.
