My TRT Experience - Opinions Wanted

I watched this video twice. I’m going to stop AI and let my e2 levels increase. Last doc had me on .5mg Arimidex and my e2 was 40, however based on the video it seems having high e2 while on TRT is no big deal unless there are symptoms.

I have never heard " if you drop your AI your TT lvl will drop."
Sorry I don’t buy it. Lets see what your next bloods look like to see I am right.

Donating blood every 2 months is a fast track to crashing your ferritin. You should add ferritin to your blood tests if you donate more than twice a year.

Trust me man you can’t OD on T but you can die from too low ferritin.

Brother your gonna have issues if you do ablood test every two months. Ferritin crashes and your screwed bro. Right @hrdlvn isn’t there another discussion going on about this?

The entire logic behind micro dosing is to keep ai out of the picture. Increase frequency or decrease dosage to find your sweet spot.

Once upon a time Our bodies had normal amounts of naturally produced T that converted to estrogen, but we didn’t need ai because estrogen was maintained naturally.

When we increase T above normal then we start breaking the system and it cannot process the estrogen and builds up in your system. It’s a sign your going beyond your systems capabilities. If I add too much Torque to my car the other parts of my car break. Problem is we cannot upgrade our heart, blood and organs like a car.

Having to give blood, or having high RBC or other side effects from t are warning signs. Your oil is too hot. You shouldn’t have to do an oil change soo often… oh the analogies…I’m on a roll…

Hope that helps: jsut passing on what I’ve extrapolated from all the content I’ve read from books to others stories here on this forum.

Take it easy on your body.

To be clear this would be from actual donations of blood and not merely blood tests.

I decided to switch to Defy medical today. Cheaper ( by a lot ), and they perform much more comprehensive blood testing.

My knees took about 2 years to finally come around. They still give me problems if my e2 goes too low, I can feel it very very quickly. They get painful, then stiff and clicky. This is just if my e2 barely dips. They still aren’t 100%, maybe like 90%. I don’t think they will ever be the same.

I can squat though. Thank you God for answering my prayers.

This could be psychosomatic, however it’s been 3 days since I should have taken Arimidex and I feel amazing. I woke up this morning and the typical joint stiffness was barely noticeable. Tons of energy, I popped out of bed and that seldom happens. Same sleep schedule as usual.

At this point, I’m convinced AI’s are bad…at least for me. Should I just not care how high my e2 goes now?

You should not care unless you show symptoms. Even then you need to let things level out over a few months. But high E2 is protective and low E2 is destructive.

I’ve been reading about bi-weekly injections. I presently inject 1xweekly. Should I consider splitting up the dose to help with e2? Will moving from 1x to 2x weekly make a diff?

Going from twice weekly to EOD was a dramatic difference for me, nothing happened on twice weekly dosing.

There is plenty you can do to mitigate E2 problems, without using anastrazole.

Zinc, warm lemon water, losing weight, broccoli…

Don’t fuck with AIs they are poision.

Anyone on this board doing nutritional coaching? I’d be interested in talking to a professional I’d like to talk about my current training regimen, age, weight, TRT etc. Happy to pay for services.

Yes the docs out there that are considered experts all say atleast 2 x a week minimum. Because they don’t give ai. I would do atleast the 2 x week if your stopping ai.

Don’t know if you should stop ai and change protocol at same time. Might be a big hit since your gonna be going through some changes with removing the estrogen blocker.

@physioLojik can help you. His email on his profile.
