NOTES: Dang, this was difficult lol. Should have waited and gotten another meal in before, since I did the pulse fast yesterday. I packed a FINiBAR with me, which I had after squatting. It saved my life lol, I was very light head during squats, but still kept the pace up and got a great sweat. I also took more time doing mobility stuff and foam rolling before, and I felt a lot better from it. Probably won’t do eccentric-less today again, because it’s snowing. But, tomorrow I’m back in the strength club at KU, so I can always do eccentric-less training there

It’s not rare to see me taking the spoon to a jar for a few minutes lol. Did you get that jerky from Costco? That place is heaven for any bodybuilder/powerlifter lol

Yea I saw it. I’ll probably do something a little similar, but while incorporating the pulse fast, sometimes pulse feast.

Thanks, buddy! I’d like to see more comments like these every now and then to keep me on track. Part of me is already feeling like I’m wasting my time cutting. But I know as long as my training/diet is spot on, there’s a good chance I can add a little lean mass while losing weight.
