felt like throwing up today. Sick workouts are the worst/best. I hit probably the most solid PR of my career today, felt like a total beast. I save the headphones for my top set and play one crazy song, it worked very well today

Wow, 415x5 is one hell of a PR; that’s only 20 lbs away from your heaviest ever deadlift. Your form looked acceptable to me, btw. T-spine rounding, but lumber looks questionable IMHO.
