My Rest Week is Over

So I was mostly good yesterday. The waffles set portion size which was nice. I took dinner to my mom and step dad who didn’t want to get out, but my dad and son came over for the day. I even got to talk to my daughter who is currently in NY. Today I need to make stock and lunches with the leftovers. It’s soup weather!

Shoulders and grip today, yay!
Mil press - 5x5@115, 125, 135
Landmine press 5x5@35, 40 on the end
Arnold press, 3x8@30
V-strap pushdowns 3x8@35
Superset of shoulder flyes to burn out.
CoC sport, trainer - 2x10 double click, #1 as much as I can get. I can’t find my #2 anymore, not like I could close it right now.

Lats are sore today, but this has been a week of doms, and that’s just fine with me.

Monday was a wasted day, 4 hours crap sleep makes for a bad morning.

Today was bench

Bench - 5x5@ 175, 180, 185 - I’m remembering I don’t have to jump 20lbs per increase.
Bench dips
Overhead tri extensions
lots of shoulder mobility work

Then a 7am meeting cut me short. Tomorrow off, then back day.
