I’ve just finished college and will start university in a few months to do a biochemistry course. I have an obsession with regular exercise myself, so I am quite intrigued by your book. Having said that, I’m more into the chemistry side of the stuff and the reaction mechanisms on a moleculular level.

Does your book cover the biochemistry behind steroids or is it more about how to take them safely and to do the right complementary exercise. To be honest, i know very little about steroids and how they work, please advise.
