I’ve got “just the tip” for you, and I’m FAR from an Oly guy, but try dropping more into the catch part of the clean. It’s hard.[/quote]

Thats…what…she…said?

Lol thanks papa ink, yeah I tried to do that more this time, it is tough to do. Damn innuendo’s.

What he SHOULD try, are some explosive plyometric high pulls, in which he rips the bar off the floor and launches it straight up overhead, and take a step back while it crashes to the floor again. Like a boss.

Speaking of bumper plates, Claxorz, were you saying they’re a tiny bit larger than regular plates? If so, I’ll probably get a couple of them to put on first once I get my platform together, and stack regular plates on afterwards. Think that would work, Oly boy?

Well THESE specific bumper plates are a tiny bit larger in diameter than regular plates. It would work though papa.

Squats look good man, repping 315 LIKE A BOSS. I hate your ass right now. Can’t wait to get up to the “big boy weights” Sheiko…don’t fail me now!

Good work on those squats man- nice and deep! RDLs look to be good form as well. Your a lover of the zerchers so I thought I should ask since I know nothing about them… what is their purpose in a powerlifting sense? To get used to biger weights then you can squat whilst maintaining upright back? Might try them some time, not sure if they will be much good in a bodybuilding sense or not though

Really nice PRs dude! 315 for 3 is a biiiggg squat, I’m very jelly. That chap was seriously miring your zercher too!

Papa ink - thanks duuude! <3 i luv that u h8 me haahahahahhhahahahhaha

Jake - thanks alot man! actually the zerchers are an assistance lift for my deadlift since it nearly mimiks the sumo starting position, for a bb purpose i dont think they would do much honestly

Phlegms - thanks man! im pumped about it, funny story, i helped that guy with his oly grip fs, he was looking pretty solid!

Ah cool, cheers for clearing that up… makes a lot of sense when I think about it that way. Leg press is probably closer to an assistance for my deadlift since its conventional… I’m not powerlifting but I should be all good since I leg press… you see my weakness is definitely off the floor but I’ve improved it a lot recently whilst I’ve been hitting the leg press more often… interesting

Yeah, leg pressing will definitely help your strength off the floor! No problem buddy.

That DB for the rows looked comical, I love the ghetto dumbbells that are produced when bro’s on here out-swole the regular dumbbells available! Nice PRs dude!

Hawt stuff man, very hawt stuff

Excellent session man, good working weight on the rowing! Shrugs are pretty heavy too
