TWO THINGS:
I just noticed your location says Florida, do you live anywhere near the homosassa (sp?) springs?
Yesterday a guy working out near me noticed my (our) knee sleeve thingies and said to me that an orthopedic surgeon told him any kind of knee pressure type stuff is BAD for you when you squat cause it stops strengh from being built or something.
I did not have a good comeback, but it seems stupid to me. I am curious if you use them every time you squat?

I have no clue where homosassa springs is lol. In regards to the knee sleeves, if knee pressure stuff stopped strength from being built, how come all the guys use knee wraps? That would of been my response. You should have asked, “HOW MUCH YA SKWAT?!”. Yeah, I do use them everytime I squat since I’ve gotten them. I didnt have any knee pains or anything, so that wasnt my reason for getting them. But, using them everytime I squat, my knees feel incredible when I take them off.
