Was about to shoot you a PM and see how you’ve been after I saw you post in a couple threads…good to see you again
For what reason did you decide to go off all the prescriptions? Just for a completely pure baseline? What is your plan of attack?

basically I was just in an overall downward spiral - mental performance, work performance, libido, etc.
Nothing seemed to be helping, and I could never stabilize so I figured maybe I was on too many things (could be vitamin overdosing, or thyroid, or cortisol, or estrogen, or testosterone or my ADHD medication) and maybe less was more and so I was trying just HCG and testing out TD-pregnenolone per another forum, but I still was reacting poorly to that.
then since I had basically trimmed everything away and was just on HCG for awhile, I figured why not get a clean slate test and see where things stand… but then (poor planning) I ran out of HCG and couldn’t get a new prescription, and I went in for my tests 10 days later. I was figuring my results would be poor (but I had no idea that they would be this low).
Then discussed the results with my doc, and I have been slowly trying to add things back based on my doctor’s input (as all of my self directed tweaking had resulted in nothing but years of struggling to get by).
For the last two weeks, I have been taking 10mg Sustained Release HC every PM, and was prescribed 100mg T-Cream every AM but I was having very few positive results - I seem to be more proactive and noticing things more (like helping out with the kids rather than just sitting on my backside), but still absolutely zero libido and still foggy mentally with more downs then ups.
so I reverted back to my self directed care mode and have been trying to play around a little with my doses:
I tried splitting up the T-Cream to 50am and 50pm but that did not help (I tried because of how I reacted to TD Pregnenolone and the frequent doses I had to take - I seem to absorb instantly but then clear everything out within 4 hours)
I tried adding 5mg HC in the AM and afternoon, but that just made me more stressed and gave me heart palpitations, etc. (I was trying to give my body some cortisol so that it could work along side the extra T)
I tried taking 150mg T-Cream in the AM, but that just gave me a Massive Headache for 2+ hours, and then left me completely spacey (I couldn’t even read or comprehend a simple book I tried reading) for the rest of the day (maybe the extra T used up all of my cortisol which left nothing for my thyroid to work with?)
so it is still not looking too good… on top of that I have just been put on the infamous performance improvement plan at work missing deadlines, negativity, lack of team development (I am in a sr. mgmt role) and I have 90 days to get my act together… If I am feeling good, it won’t be a problem to turn things around immediately, but in my current state it is a scary proposition.
so I called my doctor yesterday and scheduled an emergency consultation as I no longer have months on end to get better and I need some type of aggressive change/plan…
Were you really taking 30mg of T3 or just a typo?
yeah, should be 30mcg
