My Honest Experience With Testosterone (TRT)

Oh boy.

Dr Serrano is one of the most sought after physicians on the planet for athletes in the Olympics, NFL, IFBB, etc. He’s a genius.

Go to my YouTube channel and look up the interviews I’ve done with him. Yes, he has a heavy accent but he knows everything. I don’t know anyone that has that level of knowledge and experience.

He doesn’t need to market himself. Doesn’t need a website. The people in the know, know who he is, I can assure you.

Thank you Sir…

I’m not sure I really qualify for this dude…I’m just a 47 year old recreational weight lifter that has a 375 total T and would like for my little dinger to get hard/er.

If anyone can figure it out, it’s Eric. He’s also the closest doc I know to your location.

I think  I’ll drop the hcg myself. It does spike my E and it bumps my T up as well. This will require me upping my dose of T though.

If HCG actually helps with your case of testicular atrophy, then that would suggest that you are secondary hypogonadism. This being the case, I’m curious as to what other avenues you may have tried before you decided to jump into the TRT world?

A side note for everyone else reading here…

If you are primary hypo, don’t expect HCG to do much for you in the way of your

I watched the videos …dude is a badass.

I gotta say though…not a fan of his gatekeeper peddling workout routines while I’m trying to schedule a visit with the doc…

Gatekeeper peddling workout routines? What do you mean?

From watching the DHEA video with Dr Serrano I learned two things

  • his T levels was 254 ng/dL the last time he measured it and he didn’t immediately jump on TRT.
  • I hope that somebody is praying for me somewhere. Could you ask him for the reference of that study?

@johann77 are you referring to the studies about praying etc? I know which ones he means. He is a devout catholic. I’ve had debates with him by phone about this (I’m at the opposite end of the spectrum). He needs evidence for everything he says in the medical world but on the religious side of things… well… I was once religious and I didn’t need much in regards to evidence at the time either so can’t blame the guy lol. Just Google ‘praying study’ and you will find a bunch of them (if that was what you were referring to).

If it was a reference to a study for something else let me know. We speak almost daily so I can ask and get it to you quickly.

There’s literature indicating for many, the neurological effect induced by praying (neurotransmitters released) are similar to the reward pathways hit from drug use, love etc. I actually know a few prior drug addicts (who had highly addictive tendencies prior), who became devoutly religious, now they literally prey all day… no job, but they do prey all day… tbh I don’t think it’s much better, aside from the fact they’re no longer at risk for imminent overdose… they’re still unproductive members of society, and now they’ve managed to acquire certain opinions regarding certain subjects (homosexuality, premarital relations etc) that are incredibly outdated…

Preying 12 hours per day, studying scripture 24/7, it’s still an addiction/crutch, you’re not hitting the root cause of the neurological dysregulation here. However perhaps after many years of chronic drug use (heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine etc) you’re irreparably fucked, and this is the best they can do/will be… which is sad…

Praying. Preying all day would be a pedophile.

Dick.

Just kidding. I was wondering how I could point this out without coming off as an asshole. @unreal24278 is really smart so I wondered if it was a typo, but he did it a few times.

He can take it. Besides, it detracts from his intelligence, so I felt the need to point it out for him.

That would actually be a child molester / rapist. A pedophile is someone attracted to children. Many pedophiles realize that it is immoral to act upon their desires as a child cannot consent to sex.

I sure do sound like a pedo now though.

In a separate prayer study, it was shown that the outcome was the same if prayer occurred or not, but the real interesting thing was that prayer was shown to have a negative impact on outcome in cases when a very sick person was told they were prayed for. The thinking is that being told you are being prayed for puts pressure / stress on the person to get better, and that stress worsened their outcome.

It’s gotta start somewhere. But I am not splitting hairs, I have very strong views on the subject. Helping abuse victims colours your attitude.

@TRT_Phoenix - out of curiosity, what are some of these negative side effects? I’ve been on test only for 2+ years. Things have gone in the right direction for me over time. Wondering what some of these could be to be on the lookout.

Thanks!

I detest anyone who molests a child. It is terrible, and if proven they shouldn’t even bother with prison just give them the death penalty.

That being said, I think someone who is attracted to children, but never gives into their desires is a moral person. I judge by actions, not thoughts.

A priest is taking confession, but has to drop a deuce, so he gets the janitor to stand in, tells him there’s a list, no problem.

Woman comes in, confesses to having anal. The janitor can’t find it on the list, leans out and asks an altar boy, “What’s the priest giving for anal these days?”

Altar boy responds, “Usually five dollars and a lollipop.”

I don’t consider anyone a pedophile until they actually do something. Child porn viewing counts as doing something. Some people are broken and can’t help wrong desires, but the ones who don’t fight it…there’s no fixing them or the damage.
