Dude, where are your pics? That profile pic is probably not even you… You’re probably completely out of shape, AND a complete hater.
No offense poster…but i think you could have a lot more potential than just seeing the weight as a figure for you to feel the “hypertrophy” which is mosstly you just feeling the pump lol.
I think if YOU ramped weights you could get those poundages up. I know you said " and occassionally try some low rep work but never seem to be able to up my poundages"
if you don’t mind posting your lifting routine it’d be interesting to see. I just don’t understand how you can be that weight, and only bench 180x6. I know bodybuilding crowds get caught up in the pump, end up doing way 2 many exercises/volume. You CAN get away with less exercises, more weight, and beter results. (hyperthrophy included!)
looks pretty good so far. Legs are def better than upper body tho. Just need more overall mass on ur upper body since its too early now too seen any really weakness in it. Just alternate getting stonger with getting bigger and youll get good results. They work together to make ur physique better
