My First Test Cycle (WITH BEFORE/AFTER PICS)

yeh yeh, I understand, have been to several nutrition courses (at 2 different schools). So, not craving for a nutrition plan =D Just opinions on how much to eat carbs to get lean mass but preventing too much fat gain. I also have an opinion on my own so was just curious about you others’ experiences.

and nutrition is a field where there are very many differing opinions. and those studies also change, what is good what bad etc, as time goes by. and yes, I’m reading an awful lot, so much I actually havent had time for school work and the deadlines are approaching… =S

Hi again, it’s been 3 weeks since my last post. I’m now 5 weeks done and tomorrow will be the start of the sixth week. During this fifth week I really started to feel the omnadren. I already had a little feeling or sensation during week 4 about what’s coming I had gradually strength improvement at every training though and seeing my shoulders widen and rounden and chest getting bigger but during week 5 all this became more noticable. I’ve read that some people talk about ā€œkicking inā€ and some don’t like to use this term. Actually I was waiting for this kick in to happen because if the whole cycle had been like the first 4 ones, the cycle would’t had been worth it.

In the beginning I was too much concerned about carbs and didnt eat a lot of them. I think my calorie intake was also too low in the beginning. I didnt like to stuff food into me. But would that have been a good choice because the test levels hadnt set enough high yet and more fat could have been stored? I remember having read this post about this dude who gained during the first 3-4 weeks actually mostly fat because he had been stuffing so much food into him.

Now I have the feeling my muscles are absorbing every calorie into them :smiley:

Before the cycle I weighted 201 lbs, today 214 lbs. So far gained 13 lbs during this 5 week period.

I ran the first two weeks 500/wk, weeks 3-7 e3d 250mg which means 600/wk and weeks 8-12 500/wk.

Ok, after 9 week are these the results. My weight was 91kg/200lbs before and now 97kg/213lbs which makes 6kg/13lbs gains during the last 9 weeks. Have dropped also my BF I suppose looking at the photos. Don’t feel bloated at all and I can think that this can also seen in the pics. What do you think? (before pics in previous post) I still need more volume in chest area. ANY ADVICES? One more week. I quit with short esters so after 3-5 days after last pin I’ll start my PCT as follows:

wks 11-14: nolva 30/20/201/10
wks 11-14: 6-bromodienone 50mg/day
wks 11-14: tribulus terrestris 1000mg/day

Oh, and I crushed my estrogens 3x?! Even if I only took .25mg arimidex just on pinning days which was twice a week. In the beginning I was too anxious when I started the AI in the 2nd week so I felt miserable almost the whole 3rd week. I took like .25mg a day. So I dopped it. Then the 5th or 6th week I thought I had high estrogen because of swollen eyes etc. So I upped my arimidex but it got worse! So I totally quit it and after 4 days felt so much better. I was freezing and had no appetite. Then I started carefully to take it 3x a week, which would be the max for me, which is .75mg/wk. I quit my cycle with 100mg test prop/75mg tren ace/75mg masteron e2d for the last 3 wks, wks 8-10. Along with that 250mg omnadren 1x per week. I took on every pinning day .25mg arimidex but it was still too high!

Should I prolong my cycle to 12-13 weeks with the test/tren/mast?

Some may say ā€œwhy did you do just 3wks of tren at the endā€ but I feel I have benefitted with it. But my appetite is like shit! I got none! Why? I have experienced this before on this cycle but it’s worse now. Tren?

Okay, I quit at 10 wks. Today friday 29.12 my last jab of tren ace/ test prop/ mast. Monday 18.12 my last omnadren 250mg.

Should I start my PCT 1.1? 3days after last jab? Ive also read to wait like 10 days, to bottom ones levels. And in this situation one would benefit more from nolva as pct.

No replies? Physiolojiks? I thought you promised to help me with my probs in the beginning of the cycle? Did I write too much? Too much specific information first given from my side and you didnt have the knowledge to help me? And norse_str3ngth? What do you think of my progress?

Is there something wrong with my thread to not get almost any attention and FEEDBACK AT ALL?? What should I do otherwise in the future to get some conversation and opinions and feedback? Why is here a forum if nobody’s interrested?

I don’t want to be cocky and arrogant and a dickhead or anything like at that at all but I’m aware of being quite smart (IQ 131) and sucking information and self-educating myself all the time AND HAVE A FEELING THAT NOONE HAS TO OFFER ME REALLY ANYTHING THAT I ALREADY KNOW and held ths as a reason for this whole thread being a monolog!

I think I chose the wrong forum for my thread. My expectations were too high I guess.

I desperately hope this last post will get you people pissed or angry or what not (xD) to maybe give me that advice for my pct I was looking for in my previous post. And yeah, feel free to comment my progress! I WOULD APPRECIATE IT!

My 10 weeks cycle has now come to an end, so has my thread which I have kept during this time AND HOPE THAT SOMEONE will benefit from it.

Where’s your before pictures man. And before and after lifting stats

Like I wrote, in the earlier posts. Should I post them next to each other?

My weight stats I also mentioned. My lifting stats: I dont do 1RM repetitions. But I can say for eaxmple my bench press raised with 15-20kg in 5x6. My dead lift I did almost with same weight as before, but more repetitions and series, earlier 3x3, now 6x8. Because of technique. I could lift much more but I want my upper back to keep the weight, scapula pulling together etc. not that my shoulders hang down etc. I do deep 1-leg squats 5x10 and my quads, gluts and mid-section are so much stronger.

Normally people bench/dead lift and squat. I have done that before. But I like more of stabile, balanced, flexible physique. Trying to build a functional fitness body.

But yeah I can tell u that my power and endurance between series has improved very much. I can post my training program if u want?

So I would focus on the intensity for the next few months and Chuck in about 1.5hr fasted cardio a week split up how you want. And keep calories the same

On what intensity? Gym? Because my intensity in the gym is always 110% =) Yeah and cardio I should do. I’ve done hiit, but not during cycle, because my body doesnt recover that much 4x/week is my limit. Ive tried more and with hiit and too much for my mind/nervous system. Recovery up to the nervous system.

But about pct? start next monday? After 3days after last pin of short ester? Or later?

Nothing to say about the visual progress during 10weeks? I know I have too much fat in mid-section. I mean, I am satisfied with my result. Especially with my back and shoulders and legs. My chest need def more volume. And need to loose fat from mid section. My waste gone from 92 to 88cm.

I think you did ok, and by intensity I mean, add intensifiers drop sets rest pause forced rep’s. You added some size but I would have expected a little more. But it was a short cycle.

I was also expecting a little more. I also believe my stuff was legit, I mean I could definately feel it. Maybe the biggest con was that the test and the blend especially dropped my appetite. So I had to force myself to eat and took plenty of shakes to get enough protein. I don’t know how normal this is but maybe I should use cycles primary for cutting purposes in the future.
