Im up 24 pounds . Its week 10 . What do you think how much of this is actual muscle mass.
Mabey max 8-10 lbs water. 4 -6 lbs fat. And 10 pounds actual muscle? What do you think?

I think you’re underestimating the fat gain here… I would say at least double what you’re thinking. That’s not water bloat. It’s fat.

So now, 9 days ago had my last pin. starting PCT in 5 days. nolva 40402020
Last update:

height: 6 feet
Weight: 216 (started 190)
Bodyfat: ~13% (started 12%)

Omron scale measurments before:

Muscle mass: 160 lbs
Water retentsion in body: 64,7%
Bone mass: 8,5 lbs
Bodyfat: 12,3%

Omron scale measurments after:

Muscle mass: 186 lbs
Water retentsion in body: 67,5%
Bone mass: 9,5 lbs
Bodyfat: 10,4% (But i have over 3 L more water in my body so its not accurate, It should be something like 13% when water goes out)

But overall about 6-7 pounds of water in body some fat but tons of muscle also.

My bench went 275 lbs 1rep max to 330 lbs 1 rep max
I did not squat, but i did hack squat . starting cycle doing 575 lbs 3x8
Now doing 790lbs 3x8.

Im going to eat few hundred over maintanance on pct and after …, and in march planning to cut with gear and then should be in the shape i want.
