Good news, I just bought a digital scale today for weighing food.
All my portions of meat were weighed by eye. I would just buy a hunk of beef and cut it into what I thought was 4 ounce pieces knowing that 3 oz piece of meat is roughly the size of a deck of cards. I just weighted out what I cut up yesterday, turns out I am damn good at estimating weights.

As much as you can afford. I go through a 16 oz bottle in about 10 days if my joints start to hurt. I can stretch it to 2 weeks if I’m feeling fine. Also I just wanted to make sure you knew about fitday.com its a really good free diet log site.
