I am lifting 5 days a week, doing legs monday,chest tue,bi’s and tri’s wed,shoulders thurs,back friday…also monday - friday I will be doing 1 hour or cardio… I will be working my abbs every day taking off sat and sun
as for my diet I am going to take 3000-4000 cal and about 300grams of protein a day…and around 200 grams of carbs.
how does this look?? what would you change/or add? I am trying to lose body fat…and put on a little size… thanks for your impute
