500x3 squat today in wraps. Went a bit tighter with them and honestly squat felt worse.
Dropping most of the volume today and will try to get another week of triples then time to test 1rms.
Pulled 595x1 yesterday. Doing a 2 week taper and maxing. Hoping to get a smidge higher.

Made a 550 high bar squat, got depth but concentric portion wasnt pretty. 595 deadlift that was clean and im very happy with it.
Next program is good to go, will be dietting now so a pretty heavy reduction in volume and a soft start to the program over 2 weeks to work on the low bar squat which i havent done in years as well as technique work on the bench and deadlift.
Might do a bit of a training log with the new program.
