Ok so here’s my current plan of attack for PCT and losing a bit of fat/improving my strength:
Week 1+2: Nolv at 20mg then 10mg ED for one week each dosage
-As a side note this is PCT for a short Tbol cycle
Week 1-4: 50mcg of IGF-1 shot bilaterally ED Post Workout M-F
Week 1-4: 250mcg of PegMGF shot subq on Saturday
I got this idea from various people but mainly with the help of Bushy. Let me know what you guys think and I’ll keep everyone posted on the results!
Also, this is not my first run with IGF-1 however, it is my first run with adding in PegMGF to the mix.
sorry guys, I’ve been around long enough to know that I should have included more info!
My current diet is a variation on the AD diet where I will be getting just shy of 5,000cals a day. (about 4,800) I will be getting about 100grams carbs the majority of which come from Surge and another post workout drink 30mins after working out which is gatoraid and Grow!
My current stats are:
190lbs
13.7% BF
My goals:
Really my biggest goal is a 500lb deadlift by Dec. I am currently at 440.
I would also like my BF to be around 10-11%
If you are talking about watching out for Bushy he simply told me what a buddy of his did to cycle the IGF-1 and PegMGF, it wasn’t even first hand info so no worries on that front.
The regular AD gets me pretty cut, however I am not looking to drop much weight at the moment, esp nothing that fast as I am not training for BB.
I am cycling my carbs like this since I am a financial analyst and sit on my ass behind a computer 9-10 hrs a day. I save up my carbs for during/post workout because for me if I cut all carbs I make no gains in muscle size or strength.

My eating around my workout is as follows:
30min before: 5 Biotest BCAA caps
During: Surge
As soon as I finish the workout: 5 Biotest BCAA
30Min PWO: 1 serving Gatorade with 1 scoop Grow!
So total carbs is 76grams oh and at the 1hr mark PWO I eat a whole foods meal.
Just thought I would post a sample of my diet and see what you guys thought in relation to my cycle:
Wake-up and have 1serving BCAA
Breakfast:
4 eggs, sausage, cheese
Coffee Shake 30min after breakfast:
6oz Chilled coffee, 6oz fat-free 1/2 and 1/2, 1 scoop Grow!, 1 scoop Metabolic Drive Complete, cinnamon
with this I also take 7grams of Fish Oil
Snack: 2 things of LiveActive cheese and some nuts
Lunch: salad with 2 Italian Sausages
Snack:
Protein shake of 1 scoop Grow! and 1 scoop Metabolic Drive
7grams fish oil
1hr pre-workout: 1 can of tuna or another shake
30min pre-workout: 1 serving BCAA’s and Spike
Workout: Surge
Post-workout: 1seving BCAA’s
30min PWO: 1scoop Gatorade, 1scoop Grow!
Dinner: Salad, ground beef, cheese
Bedtime: Shake with olive oil, milled flax seed, Grow! and cinnamon
I also take a multivitamin PWO and a Greens supplement that I take throughout the day for a total of 3-4 servings.
I saw a handful of nuts and a protein shake with olive oil as the only unsaturated sources of fat (fish oil too, sort of). I know that beef and cheese have a lot of unsaturated fat, but you might want to plug a daily diet into something like nutritiondata.com to check the fat balance. I’d suggest replacing the cheese (you seem to eat that a lot!) in one meal with another serving of nuts or oil. Otherwise it looks solid.

tbol doesn’t have androgenic properties and can’t be aromatized… so why the nolvadex? To turn testosterone production back on? Shoot. With all the talk of tapers… what would you think about tapering the tbol from 40/day to 20/day for a week then 10/day for a week (as your last two weeks), thus skipping the whole PCT shenanigens? I may be completely wrong with this idea, and if so, I’d appreciate some input.
I like your carbs being just around your work out. Ever go above the 100 gram mark, like one day a week, as your veritable re-feed day?

Lol I’m always hungry so I snack on nuts throughout the day but tonight and going forward I will replace the cheese with dinner with some nuts. Thanks for the ideas and looking everything over for me!!

I decided to use the nolvadex for a very short time period (only 2weeks) just to be on the safe side in the event I did have any test shut down and such. I approached some of the vets about a tbol taper and no one really seemed to think it would be needed and I only saw any gains around the 50mg ED dosage so it would have been 2weeks of a waste if I tapered.
To be honest I saw very little muscle gains on the 4 week cycle, not that I was expecting anything great though. My strength did go up a bit which was nice and my recovery time was better. My blood pressure also went up a damn good bit at about the 3 week mark so I wont be doing any oral cycles again. Even though I just stuck a vein just now I’ll be sticking to injectibles lol.
At the moment I do not have any plans on going above the 100gram mark as I am trying to lean out so that I can go into a powerlifting meeting at 185 and <10% BF. After this I will be going on an all test cycle and a bulk so I can move up a weight class and compete again in Feb or so.

I like how you’re concentrating your carbs to pre-peri-post work out. I did a little looking into the AD and you do a re-feed once a week?
I have a couple Q’s, and hope the vets can help me with my noobocity. Why are you using Nolva? tbol doesn’t have androgenic properties, nor can it aromatize. I can only guess you’re taking it to start test production. If this is the case, then why not just take something like Alpha Male?
Also, could you post your gains from that cycle you just finished? Thanks.
