While I was on cycle I noticed a serous premature ejaculation and then an ED happened and still suffering from it till now.
I did my blood test and doc said all good and he just put me on cialis witch I don’t believe in as a treatment…so here is my results

You are quite estrogen dominant. E2 is not high, so you cannot lower it much. Try 0.5mg anastrozole per week. Read the stickies, understand anastrozole over-responder.
Ferritin is quite high. Are you eating any iron fortified foods or supps?
You have secondary hypogonadism. You might respond to a PCT like restart.
What gear was your last cycle and what PCT. Some gear can increase prolactin and mess with your liver.

Many bro-science PCT recommendations are bogus.
Liver health is important for clearing estrogens. Estrogen levels may have shut you down then as T levels fell, E2 fell.
Any sign of gyno. Feel small grains of rice?
You appear to have thyroid problems. Read the thyroid basics sticky and post iodine intake and body temperatures.
Read the advice for new guys sticky, carefully, and come back with more data. BE open minded to the ‘other’ problems that are discussed there.
You can get fixed, or get fixed and then do gear and end up in the same predicament. You have to think about the prospect of been stuck on TRT for life. Read the protocol for injections sticky so you know what that is.
ok,the blood test where done after a month from pct,mm i dont eat much iron food like red meat yolk dry fruits and those things,my diet is mostly fish,chiken breast, egg whites whole grain rice, pasta,no iron supp.
as gear i was taking primo tren stanazol with test of course some dianabol too.
pct was 1000hcg for 10 days after 2 days from last shot test p
nolvadex 40/20/20/20/20
one month after i finished this pct i did clomid by itself as i was loosing mucles quickly and i felt i had the sex problem.
duriong cycle i was taking caber and arimidex but i stoped caber for a while i ran out of it and then came back i was taking .25 e3d
no gyno except wheni was on cycle i had it big time but get rid of it with arimidex
maybe liver is not so clean cus i was taking stanazol for 2 month,
ill try to see my temp in the monring but dont know how much should it be in the monring with celcious degrees do u have any idea?

should i start another pct with hcg qick start 2 shots of 2500iu first week and some caber and clomid arimidex?or anyting else i should do?
Do not use high hCG or SERM doses. LH can get high and that can desensitize the LH receptors and the effect of that should be obvious. 250iu hCG SC EOD. Do not take hCG and SERM at the same time. At end of PCT, cruise on 0.5mg anastrozole per week in EOD divided doses. You need a liquid product to manage that.
I have seen liver markers high and E2 high before from the gear that you were taking. Stick to testosterone esters in the future. You have to decide what is more important in your life.
ok so its 11pm now and i took my temp it was 97.8 i use iodised salt now but befor 4 monthes i wasent using it and was cutting salt from diet.
Don’t eat too much for with iron tho.
so for the pct i was thinkin something like this:
500iu hcg ed for 4 weeks
hmg 75iu 3 times a week for 4 weeks
arimidex .25 and dost 0.25 eod for 4 weeks
clomid 50mg ed for 4 weeks
what do u meen dont take serms with hcg should i take hcg first week and then start srems or how should i go on it?
Temp in the morning is 98.7
250iu hCG SC EOD for however long you wish. If a 10K via, that is 80 days, too much is wrong for recovery.
clomid 25mg ED for 3 weeks after you STOP hCG, then slowly taper out over 2 weeks, too much is wrong for recovery
0.5 mg anastrozole per week in EOD divided doses, all during PCT and cruise on that after PCT, go to 1.0mg/week if you notice E2 issues or labs show over 25pg/ml.

Dostinex/cabergoline? Might be useful if prolactin would cause shutdown, question is when would you stop? All you need is 0.5mg/week.
You are making things too complicated and wanting to use too much. More is not better! Forget the bro-science combos and dosing.

Can I use d aspartic acid with this or should I stop clomid if I wanna run daa?
I did today dht shbg tests ill post it soon when I get the results in 15 days and will let u know how the pct works with me.

ok so i went to the doctor this morning and it appears that he knows abit whats happening but still he’s shit with treating me,like the other 2 doctors befor…
so when he saw my results he said ohh i didint know u have low test bcus he was focusing on fsh lh…

and he told me we may put u on sustanon 250 once a month or test e for 6 month i told him what about my levels arent they gonna go up and down and should i use hcg and arimidex he said no no.
anyway he asked me to do an I R M so im gonna do it and see but im not gonna start what he suggested untill i try to fix the problem myself fuk doctors i learn from here better, they appear to know shit.
i told him i started hcg arimidex hmg and the funny thing he said what for u dont need all this,i said what about clomid? but the dumb doc is only focusing on sustanon 1 shot a month of 250 cus dtas what he only knows.
so bottom line im gonna keep using the d aspartic acid hcg for another 10 days and then start clomid for 3 weeks of course arimidex all the way.
Ksman I did this blood test 3 weeks ago and I just got the results that was befor I took any hcg.now I’m on clomid arimidex as u suggested pls have a look at the results and tell me what u think.i also did an MRI 3 days ago and came with this results.

Th floor is intact.the clinoids are normal.
The pituarity gland is within normal limits for size and shows homogeneous signal intensity with no focal masses.
The superior margin is concave and the infundibulum is central.
The suprasellar cistern,the region of the optic chasm and the parasellar region are normally outlined.
No hypothalamic lesion is seen.

I started a cycle 3 days ago,I took clomid for 10 days and on the 12th I did a blood test that came with this results.
Testosterone 509 (280-800)
Progestrone. 0,44 (0.2-1.4)
Prolactin 0.9. (4.1-18.4) low
Free test. 83.5. (26.2-167)
Estradiol. 41.26. (7.63-42.6)
What do u think about low prolactin and estradiol
I have more erections in the morning but nit that hard really but it’s nice to see every morning an erection.
What should I do from here?
Cycle is test e250/w. tren e 300/w. arimidex eod 0.25 should I take dostinex too with low prolactine.or just arimidex for now.
