Exactly, Let’s put the lowest forms of life on television that way people can watch and feel better about themselves, even tho theyre not much better than what theyre watching.

No they don’t. Very few people deserve to be ridiculed or laughed at. Most need help.

I bet quite a few people on this site think you deserve to be ridiculed, shamed, laughed at, etc… for your fake rape thread. In my opinion you need help not ridicule.

Didn’t you very recently write that your purpose in life is to treat others the way you want to be treated? It was something along those lines if memory serves. Is that what you’re doing now? [/quote]

you took that troll thread waaaay too seriously.

and regarding fat people, I think that im doing them a favor. For me at least, ridicule, humiliation, etc, are all very powerful motivators. I used to be a little chubby, had acne, braces, etc… and a lot of people let me know exactly what they thought about it.

there are people who crumble beneath pressure, become shut-ins, and eat their feelings, allowing their lives to spiral downwards, and there are those who work to overcome.

since America is now what…40% obese? I think that the majority of viewers feel empowered by these types of shows, as they identify with the protagonist.

people are always looking for excuses to be mediocre.

these people look like caricatures lol…so fucking fat

it’s unreal

I tried to bulk to 270 before…got to 255 before my appetite was fried. this bitch is 400 pounds.

Searching for self-justification can be very unhealthy, both mentally and in this case, physically. It’s hard to objectively analyze oneself.

Especially when you’re constantly being told how big is beautiful, and obesity being considered a disease now.

Around 5:45 mark pertaining to people that watch crap like this. It’s all McDonald’s.

you have been here for 4 months, calm down

TLC is the learning channel right? So much to learn from their quality programming. Remember when the History channel had shows that were actually about history and you could actually learn from them. Now these channels have nothing but stupid reality shows that make the American population seem really stupid.

Even if I eat everything in sight and drink 2 cases of beer a week, I can’t break 260 let alone 400. These people must do zero exercise and exist on fast food.

I reckon I could eat my way up to 400lbs.

Cheesecake all day. I could easily eat cheesecake all day.

How exactly is you laughing at a TV screen motivating them through ridicule?

And those people were and probably still are douche bags.

Not sure what your point is, but that’s true.

Apparently, you aren’t getting the message very clearly from this forum then. Get help because you are still that chubby little fat kid getting picked on by the girls in your class just with a different shell. Instead of watching trash TV maybe you need to work on yourself a little bit more because you got a lot to do before you are even passible as an adult.

So I hadn’t heard of this show, but I watched a couple of clips and one of them has her teaching an aerobic dance class, for which she spends time prepping by going through the routine and choreographing moves. It looked a lot like exercise to me - it’s easy for me to dance and etc, but I’m not carrying the weight she is. If she spends hours each week doing it, good on her.

Anyway, she is doing things to be healthy. Problem we should have with her is what?
