wow seriously, you guys shit like 3 times per day? i dump at a rate of about once per day at best. but when i do i get a shitload out no pun intended. but then again i’m not huge. just 5’10" at 200pds, 15%bf.

on a more serious note though, does the level of digestive efficiency relate to frequency of shit? suppose 2 ppl eat the same amount and type of food. does the one who shits less have a better digestive tract than the one who shits more? i’m assuming that the one who shits with less frequency and volume breaks down his food better than the one who doesnt. is this logic reasonably true?

You are some guy claiming he eats 6,000 calories a day (such a precise figure for something this variable) yet who somehow also thinks the very idea of needing to take a shit more than once a day seems odd for a group of people who have goals of increasing body mass far beyond average.

To some extent, yes. Food has a lot of stuff that isn’t going to be digested no matter how long it sits in your system, and everyone is going to shit that stuff out.

Sounds like me…230 lbs 6’ but I poop once a day on average…there are some days where I don’t go at all. I eat about 4,500 to 5,000 a day.
