I’m with lats all the way and that’s why I workout at home, unless I really need to get to a gym for whatever reason which aren’t many. Public gyms are social get togethers and a love connection paradise the only things that are missing in those damn sh… holes are beer and pizza,the t.v.'s and f’d up music is already blaring.
