Hilarious attempt to re-characterize the problem. Hoe exactly does one “earn” the title? By endorsing left-wing politics?
Oh yes, no one is saying it isn’t widespread among Western “intellectuals” - precisely as I said, Islamists prey upon that stupidoty among the Western “intellectuals” to give them cover - a better question is, after hearing them, do they still deserve the title of “intellectual”?
Well, you should dig deeper - conservative criticism isn’t based on the same premises as you put forth: it doesn’t involve silly victimization, relativism, nor the US as inherently evil.
And looking into a Palestinian state is nothing new for politicians of both parties in the US.
Then explain it - if you have sufficient cause (in the case of Islamists, one is inherent), a catalyst is unnecessary. The cause operates on its own to produce action - because it calls for action.
Well, I didn’t see a need to correct you mangling of “progressivist” (see above), so don’t try and come off as smarter-than-thou on this typo.
Nope - read better. I said Western intellectuals buy into the theory hook-line-and-sinker, and Islamists have been riding it ever since.
Nonsense - I am well aware of causality, I just like the rational kind, and not the therapeutic kind.
I have discussed causality till I can’t do it anymore. Your causality is rife with holes - none that you fill when pressed upon with questions. Stop hiding behind “you just don’t get causality” - we have been there, and you failed to impress.
Actually, you were done long before that - but glad to see you realize it now.
