I hate when the expression “boot camp workout” is used.
If the average person was to go to a real “boot camp workout” they would likely quit after 5 minutes.
Hopefully he’ll eventually make up his mind on what he wants to do. He starts off with one hour aerobic sprint training, then weight training, then cross fit thrown in for good measure. I guess he’s going for “muscle confusion”.

he is a world class professional athlete. he is ranked number 3 in the world behind arguably the 2 greatest players in the history of the sport. im guessing he knows what he is doing.
although maybe you could email him some of your superior knowledge and help bump him up to number 1?

Dude, please excuse if I sound like an a-hole, but you are aware that this is T-Nation, right? I don’t think any of us care about his tennis skills; we’re clowning the article, his title (‘Muscles Murray’), and his supposed 20" guns. Some of us are more creative in our fun-poking than others. Calm down, take a few deep breaths…

problem is I think some people on here don’t realise that there is a world outside of the gym. Yeah, you might just be poking fun of his “muscles murray” title, but stringer’s right, he’s number fucking 3 in the world of a very demanding sport. I’m sure his coaches know a darn site more than most of here about how to improve his tennis game and it’s unlikely to revolve around squats and deadlifts.
