Focus. You’re now questioning steroid legislation in general, not Swedish laws specifically.
You’re arguments about only approaching someone if you’ve already got proof is ridiculous. That almost never happens, and if a chick looks like Irene Andersen, suspecting steroid use (and with our and your legislation a crime unless she has a prescription (HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!)) and investigating it makes sense. Whether or not steroids should be legal is another issue.
