Multiple Sclerosis

I am suffering from multiple sclerosis and my values of LH, FSH, TT and FT are very low. I would like to start a TRT with a PCT appropriate. I can get general advice, as well as tests to perform before? Thank you

There is one sticky in this forum. Good reading is provided with links in the 2nd post in that sticky.

Need your lab numbers with ranges. Not just T!

Labs:
TT
FT
E2
LH/FSH
AM cortisol [at 8AM please]
DHEA-S
CBC with hematocrit
TSH
fT3
fT4 [please not T3, T4]
IGF-1
Vit-D25
fasting glucose
fasting cholesterol

You should be taking 5,000iu Vit-D3. Find tiny oil based capsules.
Take 25,000 for first 5 days.
This can reduce spring time [late winter] MS flareups that are thought to be associated with Vit-D levels that fall off in the fall and winter.

Thyroid: The lab ranges are quite useless. You would be better off with:
TSH nearer to 1.0
fT3, fT4, T3, T4 at or a bit above mid-range
Thyroid levels can be off if you do not have a long history of using iodized salt and/or multi-vits that list iodine+selenium.

Essential fatty acids [fish oil, nuts, flax seed/meal] may be helpful in general and for MS.

You might also try Choline as a supplement.
