Does anyone recall an article a while back entitled “eat muffins no more muffin tops”. I was trying to recreate the recipe.
It was
4 eggs
2 cups almond flour
1 cup water
1 stick butter
1 cup sweetener
Bake for 375 degrees Fahrenheit. It tastes pretty good and has a good consistency if you want to try it.
Can anyone confirm if that was the right recipe? I think was by Chris Shurgart.
