Gay humour is the best kind of humour, can’t wait to see Bruno.
- It’s not new.
- It’s not just comedies.
Case in point: Gay Top Gun: The Web Series - The Trailer - YouTube
Demo Dick
I’m not bothered by the occaisional penis on screen. It’s not something I want to see but I had to draw naked dudes, as well as some fat nasty women in art school, so I’m not squeemish anymore. Gay humor can be funny, and there is no originality in hollywood any more, so they just copy off each other over and over again. If a gay joke was funny in a successful comedy last year, it’s going to be in just about everything that comes out this year.
I am getting pissed off at the lack of tits in movies these days. Back in the good ole '80s every PG 13 comedy had tits. Nowadays you’ll see hours of dick and man-ass, but not a single nipple (at least, not a woman’s nipple).
LOL. This is so dumb. Homophobe much?
We need WARNINGS for gay humor or dick jokes? Yeah, maybe we should like… devise a ratings system… where certain content is inappropriate for immature folks. Good idea.
Maybe next we should disallow people from getting married because one facet of their lives don’t meet our awesome American standards, too!
Tools, tools, tools.
I’d rather see naked men than naked women. I’d also rather see gay men than gay women, but it seems to me that these complaints on gayness have only to do with men.
I’m personally tired of seeing boobs.

That’s why I don’t eat carrots. You never know where they have been.

You MIss the point of this. I find it funny that in todays emasculated society, if I am not into homos or really like gay stuff, then I’m a homophobe.

LOL!!
I don’t think any straight guy is “really into homos”. It is just that most of us don’t give a shit. It just doesn’t bother me the way it seems to bother you.
I will agree that for a while there Tobey Mcgwire was the image of what a “man” was suppose to look like…and that points to a whole host of issues. However, Batman Begins and the Dark Knight (while he was smaller in the sequel) both showed a more bulked up image of strength. The same really goes for Wolverine (although way smaller than in the comics), Chronicles of Riddick…and to my knowledge, the new Hulk movie didn’t exactly make him look like an Abercrombie model.
I do hate random unnecessary homosexuality thrown in for the hell of it (like they used to do on the Real World where there was ALWAYS at least one gay person on the show), but someone being gay alone isn’t reason enough for me to turn the channel unless the writing of the show sucks.

I would say the exact same thing, but I would change the word hate with dislike. Don’t want to seem like an insensitive homophobe prick …you know?
I watched Zohan last night.
While it is a funny ass political type comedy, why did we need to get a shot of his naked ass in the beginning and other parts of the film? He’s hanging out with 3 hotties with bodies to die for, yet, we get full rear shots of Adam Sandlers ass shaking instead. Then added to it, he catches a fish in the crack of his ass. This is the random stuff that is getting really OLD, and to me, adds nothing to the plot or the script.

First, DAMN you watch a lot of comedies. That may be your problem right there. I haven’t seen half of the movies you keep talking about. Most comedies today are either stoner movies (Harold and Kumar is actually funny though) or they are those quirky films that you keep talking about where they are just going for a gag. I am not sure why you take such offense to it. It’s a comedy. I assume his naked ass was supposed to be funny and not erotic or put in to turn you on…I mean, it didn’t, did it?
I watch action, horror and sci-fi. I may RENT a comedy, but even then only rarely.

You’re really missing out. Today’s comedy movies are the funniest things ever.

I like watching comedies with friends. I hate watching them at the movie theater. Usually girls are over at someone’s house and alcohol is being passed around if a comedy is in the dvd player.

Agreed, except I don’t like seeing any movies in theatres. I’ve made a few exceptions over the years but I’ve only seen a handful of movies in the theater over the last 10 years or so.

I’m not into homos nor do I like gay ‘stuff’ and no one to my knowledge has ever called or thought of me as a homophobe. As far as the movies you’ve been watching the consequences of living in a free society means sometimes we’re going to come into contact with things we don’t like. But, you still have choices such as turning the channel, not paying attention to certain commercials, subscribing to channels which only show material to your liking. There’s always going to be things, groups, other people we don’t like or care for. You can choose to become highly agitated and bothered when the slightest hint of the people or thing you don’t care for arises. Or you can learn to overlook small things which really don’t mean shit and focus on the good things in life which bring happiness and meaning and make it fulfilling. I watch some TV and catch a movie occasionally and at least with the topics and themes I like, I haven’t been bombarded with gays or anything else that annoys me or I don’t like that would cause me to get my fruit of the looms in a bunch(or I at least have turned the channel). For me far too many good things in life like family, hunting, the outdoors, lifting, for me to become fixated on things I don’t like and to always be annoyed by it.

For the record, I found the Borat wrestling match to be a little too much.
Not enough to rant online, but enough to consider it excessive.
There are three times in my life where I nearly shit myself and fell out of my char laughing.
This scene was one of them, one is the waxing scene in the 40 yr old virgin, and the third is in gold member where mini me tries to take the box of chocolate from scott.
Ahhh good times.
Dude agreed! Me and my wife had rented Borat and right before that scene I had gotten up to go to the bathroom. As I came back into the living room, I first saw her in total laughing hysteria and was mystified as I’d never seen her laugh that hard. My gaze then averted to the source of her hysterics and upon seeing the scene play out on the screen I to was overcome with a mixture of being mortified but overcome by un-restrainable laughter as well. That was freaking hilarious.

Agreed.
Except I didn’t laugh,I felt sick…

There have been some great Sci-fi/action flicks this year that I just had to see on the big screen. I ilke to go right after work on a weekday when there’s nobody there. My wife and I made the mistake of going to one on a Friday night, and it just reminded me of why people in general, and high-school kids in particular, suck loads of ass. SO many people acting stupid.
AS for the gayness, it just reflects who is running Hollywood now. It used to be a bunch of misogynistic womanizers (getting those actresses on the “casting couch”), now its gays and the VERY far left. You can track how the movies have changed with this shift.
I keep telling myself to let these things pass, but …
“I’m not into homos nor do I like gay stuff”? What the hell is that?
You’re a homophobe. No one can make you feel uncomfortable or assailed upon without your cooperation so get right with yourself first.

Hey, if you referring to me, I meant in relation to rock’s initial comment. ‘Gay stuff’ doesn’t mean anything to me generally.
