U2 was an incredible band back when I was in college. It is too bad they are still around because they have really tarnished their reputation.

I hate all of them except for MCR. For some reason I love their first album.
By the way, if I hear “You’ve had a bad day” one more time I’m going to snap.
Its funny… so many people list bands they hate, and then put them in context with other bands they hate and say “they’re all the same” - like oasis, coldplay and radiohead.
Maybe but singers might have a similar voice, but you obviously don’t know the music.
For anybody that HATES some band or group of bands, I could probably pull up a song that rocks your fuckin world but didn’t make it onto the airwaves, itunes, or wherever you get your music from.
Happens all the time. You hear something crappy, hate the band for ruining your day, and then BAM! Someone plays this bitchin’ song and you ask who it is and they say “oh it’s Gyno-rocks’s old album” or something like that.
Radiohead has some mindblowing stuff ranging from spacy, electronic, screaming wall of guitars, or just perfect rock songs.
Coldplay writes some of the most solid catchy pop rock songs of the past 10 years (and they have a lot of shite too.)
GWAR, SOAD, Poison, etc… (nothing alike) but all have written some good songs. Plus GWAR’s stage show is so ridiculous…
So - a band writes 10 songs that are utter CRAP and 1 great song. Do you still put them on the hate list?
