How often do you get your hematocrit checked?
ehh, really depends on sides i’m having if any, but usually at least once mid cycle/blast

Out of curiosity what’s the longest anyone has run tren for? I have herd some people say the longer they are on the sides keep getting more and more
the reverse has been true for me. generally don’t even get night sweats anymore.
been on for the better part of a year, just took it out a couple weeks ago actually.
Longest I have ran it at a decent high dose is 16 weeks long. Am with walk way on this. The longer I am on the less sides. Usually go away almost completely after 2 months and gone by 3.
Do you guys generally use long esters or dosnt matter?
i know this is a little off topic but id like to talk collagen synthesis. since being on this tren and test my forearm tendons have been feeling achy. its affecting my grip strength on some lifts. nothing serious but noticable. lack of collagen or something else?

might be your flexors are too strong compared to your extensors. Try some reverse curls and get yourself those rubber bands you wrap round your fingers and open and close your hands to strengthen the extensors
idk its weird i can press on them and they are sore, also a little impingement going on in the left hand, sometimes pinky and ring finger will go a little numb
Yeah that’s definitely what it is just tying to figure out what’s causing it. i pushed on the tendon by my elbow and the my pinky and ring finger tingled like a mother fucker, guess its just a little irritated or something
Lacrosse ball your chest, traps, delta, biceps, triceps, and forearms. Work on external rotation of the shoulder and wear a arm band just below the elbow to put pressure on the spot. This is the same thing that has greatly hinder my benching progress so knock it out now.

blood pressure? at least twice a week. Buy a wrist cuff from a pharmacy store
I do morning and night daily and just keep records to get a more accurate idea of what it is. Too many variables can affect it temporarily, like my heroin addict level addiction to caffeine.
