Personally, the most annoying songs are ones that are annoying before they are even turned on. These are the songs written/sung by idiots who can’t spell or write. Songs like sk8tr boi (I think that’s the spelling). How hard is it to hit the fucking spell check button?

You’ve got to be crazy. Avenged Sevenfold is awesome, and is great to listen to while lifting. Download the song “Strength of the World” before your next 1RM lift. It starts off real slow, almost like something you’d hear in a western movie, good for focusing on your lift, and then gets extremely badass and awesome.
