Both can be obtained legally with a āprescriptionā in some states. In the case of pot, TENS OF MILLIONS of people smoke, illegally, every day, in the privacy of their homes with out harming a soul. Itās bullshit politics from a bygone era of fear and ignorance.
Did we learn NOTHING from prohibition? When there is a critical mass of people who demand a product, making it illegal only serves to drive up the price of the supply, put money in the hands of criminals (who do OTHER things besides sell pot) and costs the state money to incarcerate the āoffendersā of said bullshit law. Not to mention wrecking their lives, lifestyles, childrenās future and livelihood with bullshit criminal convictions for a ācrimeā that didnāt hurt anyone.

They also mention that those who smoke marijuana may also mix it with tobacco, smoke cigarettes, and/or drink alcohol so, it can not be blamed on the marijuana. If marijuana contains all the same carcinogens as tobacco then youād have to believe that tobacco smoking does not cause cancer in order to believe that marijuana smoking does not.
